Environmental conditions such as temperature and humidity have an enormous influence on the adhesive. Failure to comply with the specified environmental conditions has a lasting negative effect on the properties and performance of the adhesive. It is therefore essential to monitor the environmental conditions of the adhesive from production through storage to processing. This is the only way to ensure that only adhesives whose technical properties meet expectations are used.

With the help of the MCS, temperature and humidity in the storage area, in the store and during processing are recorded and stored in the cloud. In the event of deviations from defined limit ranges, a warning message is immediately sent to the responsible employee by email or text message. Furthermore, all data collected during the production process is automatically transferred to an app. The app is used to create a bonding protocol, which is saved as a PDF file.

The overall system of sensors, cloud and app enables unprecedented safety and control of the gluing process. It is also possible to integrate additional sensors, giving you even more performance and security.
